To help ensure the integrity of Cboe Digital markets, all participants and all market activity are subject to the rules of Cboe Clear Digital, LLC and Cboe Digital Exchange LLC. Among other things, these rules prohibit manipulative and fraudulent activity, and provide remedies to Cboe Digital and other participants in the event of violative conduct.
The Cboe Clear Digital Rulebook describes the eligibility and responsibilities of Clearing Members of the CFTC-regulated derivatives clearing organization (DCO), and the Clearing, Settlement, and Delivery of Products on the DCO.
The Cboe Digital Exchange Rulebook describes the CFTC-regulated designated contract market (DCM) organization, the obligations and responsibilities of Participants, and prohibited trading practices and conduct on the DCM, which involves trading of futures.
